Welcome to the Strayhorn House...a unique, circa 1904 historic home located in the Historic District of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. 
 
The Strayhorn House has 3 separate units.  Unit A is the private home of the owner.  Units B and C are wonderfully furnished, all-inclusive apartments available as corporate rentals.  Please note that these two units can be combined as a single vacation rental - typically from June through September!

This fully restored triplex was home to US Army Captain's families.  Built in the Classic Renaissance Revival style, the Strayhorn House and all the officer’s homes on Barnhardt Circle are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
 
Located just 8 miles south of downtown Chattanooga, this vacation rental is also located adjacent to the entrance to Chickamauga National Military Park, the nation’s oldest and largest Civil War Battlefield.
